Decorating sugar and royal icing cookies is a little more complicated than baking up a batch of chocolate chip cookies. Don’t get me wrong, chocolate chip cookies are delicious but, aren’t as pretty as decorated sugar cookies. Here's re some tips to make seasonal cookies for the whole family.

Bake and cut-out cookies; prepare and divide royal icing with just the right consistency, color it, and prepare decorating bags; outline your cookies, fill your cookies, you will need:

• Cut-out sugar cookies

• Royal Icing

• Food coloring

• Bowls and spoons

• 12-inch disposable decorating bags

• Standard couplers

• Decorating tips, sizes 2, 3, 4 and 5

• Rubber bands

• Scissors

• Toothpicks

• Small knife or spatula

• Paper towels
